Exit Phase - Exit Planning framework (EPI): This framework helps leaders and owners assess and prepare their businesses for growth and exit planning, ensuring they make the best decisions about their exit options and receive maximum value from their investment.
Improve Phase - 5 Factor framework (proprietary): This framework identifies risk areas in the business using five structural factors and provides roadmaps to repair and improve those areas to enhance company value.
