Exit Phase - Exit Planning framework (EPI) to help leaders and owners assess and prepare their businesses to make the best decisions about their exit options and ensure they receive the maximum value from their investment.
Improve Phase - 5 Factor framework (proprietary) that identifies risk areas in the business using 5 structural factors, then provides roadmaps to repair and improve those areas to grow company value.
